My camera suddenly stopped working after Windows updates.
Recent Microsoft updates for Windows 10 and 11 have impacted the functionality of several INOGENI devices that operate at USB 2.0 speed and are running outdated firmware.
The issue is that the camera interface of the product is not available to use on the system. It works as expected over USB3.0.
To resolve this, please update your device firmware using the INOGENI Control App.
You can download the app here: Software tools - Support | INOGENI
